Police heard the bedroom window being lifted and also a loud bang, later identified as the suspects breaking the window screen out the window.

Police finally entered the bedroom where they could smell a very strong odor of marijuana. They saw several marijuana stems on the desk. As police were leaving, two white males were seen exiting the elevator outside that apartment carrying a large bag and a rolling suitcase.

The two males were asked if they had their identification on them and they responded no. The officer asked one of them if he was moving in or out and he looked at the officer somewhat startled.
