080026 - Police responded to an alcohol and narcotics violation at 720 Oak St. Upon arrival police observed alcohol and narcotic paraphernalia in the common area.
As police searched the apartment, only residue was found in a few pipes. The suspect told police that he had a party and was using marijuana and drinking alcohol. They seized one glass bong and one plastic Pepsi two-liter bong.

080044 - At 12:51 a.m. police were notified by housing security of a narcotics violation in Lockmiller apartments. Upon arrival police smelled a strong odor of marijuana from outside the apartment and made contact with four male subjects.
Police asked about the source of the smell and the subjects admitted to having marijuana and putting it in the couch. The suspects stated that the marijuana belonged to all four of them.
As each suspect was patted down, an ammo clip of 9mm bullets was located in one of the suspect's jacket pockets. He admitted that he had just bought a gun and said it was in his car, which was illegally parked in Lot 21. Police retrieved the weapon from the glove box and took the suspect into custody and cited the others for possession of marijuana.

080052 - At 2 a.m. police responded to a loud party complaint at Boling apartments. Upon arrival police observed multiple parties inside the room with over 20 beers cans. All of the students were under 21 and admitted to drinking inside the room. Everyone in the room was reported to student affairs.

080060 - Police responded to a report of theft at 601 Vine St. Upon arrival the complainant told police he parked his car at 9 p.m. and returned around 9:50 p.m. to find his passenger side window busted out and his Sony car radio stolen, causing damage to his dashboard. The broken window and dashboard contained blood from the unknown suspect. The estimated value of vandalism is $500. Police had no suspect information at this time.
