Oct. 23, 2007

071736 - Police responded to Decosimo Apartments on a report of a burglary. Three residents advised that their rooms had been entered while they were away during fall break. They advised that they locked the door upon their departure and found it still secure upon arrival return. The first victim stated her room was secure, but found a basket moved from under her desk and a missing frappincino coffee drink from the refrigerator. Another victim stated her room was also secure but discovered the missing frappuccino coffee drink placed in her refrigerator. The last victim's room was also secure, but discovered her Apple iPod was missing. The students hadn't spoken with the fourth roommate prior to filing a report.

Oct. 26, 2007

071757 - Police responded to a miscellaneous call at 815 University St. Upon arrival police spoke with the victim who advised that her roommate had wrote threatening gestures on the refrigerator and on other food items. Police called a resident assistant to make a report of what happened.

Oct. 27, 2007

071759- Police responded to a loud party at 815 University St. A student answered the door. As police were stating their purpose for being there they looked about the kitchen where alcohol violations were in plain view. Various types of "hard liquor" and beer were present including: Bud Light Beer, Brunette's Vodka, Castillo Rum, Smirnoff Watermelon Vodka and Sutter Home Wine. The alcohol was poured out and the responding resident assistant took the empty containers. The student and four others were referred to student development for the liquor law violation.

071761- Police responded to a burglary call. Upon arrival police spoke with the victim who found the door kicked into his apartment and a male standing inside. The suspect asked him if Chris lived there. The victim said no and told the man to get out. The victim then chased the suspect from his apartment, down the hall and to the stairwell. The suspect was described as 6 feet tall, 160 pounds, wearing a black shirt with white writing and blue jeans.
